Position Overview
Overton ISD is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused Pre-K Instructional Aide to support early childhood learning. This position works closely with the classroom teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes student growth and development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities
• Support students with learning tasks, routines, and transitions
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization
• Monitor and supervise students in the classroom, cafeteria, and playground
• Foster positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with early learners
